PomoTimer is a free, browser-based Pomodoro timer application designed to help individuals manage their time and focus. The service is provided as-is, without charge, for personal productivity use.

You may use PomoTimer for personal, non-commercial productivity purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the service

• Use automated bots or scripts to access the service in ways that could harm its availability

• Misrepresent PomoTimer as your own product without our permission

PomoTimer requires no account creation. All your data is stored locally in your browser. We have no access to, and no responsibility for, any data stored in your browser's localStorage.

All original content, design, and code in PomoTimer is protected by copyright. The Pomodoro Technique® is a registered trademark of Francesco Cirillo. PomoTimer is an independent tool inspired by the technique and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Francesco Cirillo.

PomoTimer is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use the service at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PomoTimer and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of PomoTimer after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
